Upon online checkout, you will be asked for your height and weight, pedal preference, and, if you would like, a helmet, lock, and water bottle.

A daily rental must be returned within 24 hours from when it leaves the shop (e.g., if you rent a bike at noon on Monday, it must be returned by noon on Tuesday).

• Since the shop is closed on Sunday, rentals due on Sunday must be returned on Monday (there's no additional charge for this scenario). For Monday returns, set your return date to Sunday so you aren't overcharged.

If you rent a higher-end bike for more than one day, you will be charged a multi-day rate which is less per day than if you were to rent for a single day  (see "Multi" rates).

Cancellations: To cancel your rental and receive a refund, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your rental checkout time. If there are less than 24 hours until your rental checkout time, we cannot refund you.
