About the Shop
Since opening our doors in 2010, we've been committed to serving the Sisters community and beyond. Shop founders Casey Meudt and Jacquie Zanck, both longtime locals and passionate riders, set out to create a full-service bike shop that cared as deeply about community as it did about cycling. In 2026, Casey assumed full ownership of the shop, continuing the vision they built together while honoring Jacquie's many years of dedication and contribution to Blazin Saddles.
As of 2026, our team has never been stronger or more experienced, with more than 75 combined years of bike industry and mechanical experience between our staff. That depth of knowledge and passion shows in everything we do, from expert repairs and bike fits to helping riders of all levels feel welcome and supported.
We believe that biking is more than just a fun way to exercise. It's also an essential part of a thriving community. That's why we're proud stewards of the incredible trails and natural beauty that make Sisters, Oregon, such a special place to ride. We strongly support Sisters Trails Alliance (STA), Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA), and Explore Sisters, and we are co-founders of Bike Park 242. Beyond trail advocacy, we also run an annual holiday bike drive that donates bikes to local families in need. To date, our efforts have helped place nearly 500 bikes with new riders.
Customer service is our top priority. We treat people how we like to be treated; whether you're a pro racer or a first-time rider, you'll receive the same top-notch assistance from one of our awesome team members. And we don't just talk the talk. We've received multiple awards and have been voted one of America's Best Bike Shops for several years running.
We continually invest in our staff's education and training, as well as our shop's equipment and systems. Our certified and trained service experts ensure we provide top-tier care for every bike that rolls through our doors. On the sales floor, you'll find one of the largest selections of bikes, parts, accessories, and cycling apparel in Central Oregon.
We accept that we'll never be perfect, but we're constantly striving to improve. Every time we make a small shop improvement, Casey likes to say, “We're one step closer to being a real bike shop.” But in our opinion, being a real bike shop isn't about reaching a final destination. It's about embracing the never-ending journey and always finding ways to better serve our riders and community.
At Blazin Saddles, we're more than just a bike shop. We're a community hub where riders of all levels come together to explore the beauty of Sisters, Oregon, year-round. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, expert advice, and a wide range of products to ensure you have the best biking experience possible. Come visit us and see why we've been voted one of America's Best Bike Shops. We can't wait to ride with you!
